You can visit this for Unreal Engine Asset Naming Conventions. To Better Understand Each Asset.
Chaos Editor PLUGIN : “Chaos Editor” has no use in UE4, so it is disabled. But have use in UE5 to Fracture Meshes and make Geometry Components. But I have already made Geometry Components of Objects/Weapons needed. So by default I have Disabled plugin in UE5.
But in future If you need to Fracture meshes and make a Destructible Mesh/Geometry Component then you have to Enable Plugin to do this.
TAKEAWAY : Plugin is disabled by default but users may enable it later when needed.
